Malay College Class of 2004

Recently (25/1/2010), Malay College Kuala Kangsar was among 20 schools nationwide selected to receive the 'High Performance School' status, an upgrade to the cluster school status which we received a few years back.

Being part of this elite group, MCKK now has the autonomy that has been desired for ages. The management of the school has almost if not full autonomy on the academic and co-curricular activities conducted in the school. Among the unique privileges benefited from this millstone status are more flexible schooling hours and subject selection as well as the ability to promote smart performing students to a level higher, similar to those practiced before when standard 3 students are promoted to standard 5 based on merits (PTS), though not sure if it is applicable to secondary school such as MCKK but it would certainly be a welcoming one.

First and foremost thanks to all for coming and making this event such a meaningful event that i'm sure everybody had fun. It was a total success and hope that in future this event would be participated by more members of our batch.

As the title above, my second sister who just graduated from Surabaya, will be getting married this month. Particular as follows:

Terkini - Tarikh yang telah dipersetujui untuk mengadakan sambutan ulangtahun batch kita yang ke-sepuluh ialah 22, 23 dan 24 Januari 2010. Aktiviti sambutan akan bermula pada 23 Januari dan berakhir pada 24 Januari. Tarikh 22 Januari itu adalah hari untuk berkumpul bersama-sama bagi rakan-rakan yang tinggal jauh dari destinasi kerana pengangkutan ke sana adalah dengan menaiki kenderaan sendiri. e.g. carpool, menaiki bas atau lain-lain.
